1) Ones completed 12 years of standard educational process or prospective graduate students at the end of fiscal year at foreign countries.
2) Ones completed advanced school educational process such as university at foreign countries.
*Qualifications above are for those who graduated from the last school within five years. In principle, ages must be under 30.
| 1. Photo | Six photos taken within six months. Sized 40mm high and 30mm wide. Name and birth date, year and location must be written on reverse side. |

| 2. Application | Designated by the College. Educational career. |
| 3. Resume | Educational and occupational careers must be written by the applicant, a personnel designated by the Immigration Bureau, consecutively without making blank. |
| 4. Graduation certificate | An original high school diploma and a graduation commemorative photo must be submitted when the final education is high school. |
| 5. Japanese language ability certificate | A document to prove Japanese ability equivalent to more than Class Four of Japanese Certification Test. |
| 6. Duplication of the household registration book | Applicant's educational and operational career must be described, issued by the public security department. *An authorized document is essential to prove that it is a duplication of the original. |
| 7. Agreement form | It must be designated by the College and submitted to the College. |
| 8. Expense capability document | A format designated by the Immigration Bureau must be written to clarify a process by a hand of personnel with expense capability. A registered seal must be stamped if this personnel lives in Japan. |
| 9. Admission research card | It must be designated by the College and submitted to the College. |
| 10. Identification reference | It must be designated by the College and submitted to the College. |
| 11. Family tree authorized document | A material to verify a relationship between an expense capability document and an applicant. |
