Admission Procedures

The following are the procedures from submitting Application documents to obtaining a Visa.

1	Submit Application forms to YDC
2	Paying Application fee (J.Yen 25,000)
3	Interview and Screening
4	Notice of Passing/Failing
5	Admission Permit Issued Apply for screening	Yokohama Immigration Office Screening Certificate of Eligibility issued
6	Notice of issuing the Certificate of Eligibility
7	Pay Admission and tuition fees to YDC
8	YDC will send the Certificate of Eligibility to the applicant.
9	Apply for a student visa with Certificate of Eligibility Passport Two photographs (4.5cm x 4.5cm) Application forms for visa	Japan Embassy in the applicant's home country Visaissued and stuck on the Passport
10	Come to Japan to enter YDC
