- Admission Procedure
The following are the procedures from submitting Application documents to obtaining a Visa.

| 3 | Interview and Screening | |
| 4 | Notice of Passing/Failing | |
| 5 | Admission Permit Issued Apply for screening | Yokohama Immigration Office Screening ↓ Certificate of Eligibility issued |
| 6 | Notice of issuing the Certificate of Eligibility | |
| 7 | Pay Admission and tuition fees to YDC | |
| 8 | YDC will send the Certificate of Eligibility to the applicant. | |
| 9 | Apply for a student visa with 1. Certificate of Eligibility 2. Passport 3. Two photographs (4.5cm x 4.5cm) 4. Application forms for visa |
